Getting bigger / smaller
The standard apartments can be increased in size up to 50% to be about 15m wide or about 150m2 enclosed + 30m2 of balconies. Conversely it can be reduced in size by about 50% to provide a studio 5m wide about 50m2 enclosed + 10m2 balcony. Both arrangements above are of course subject to what the neighbours on either side or other owners want to obtain.

Getting taller
A duplex apartment can also be arranged complete with your own internal lift or stair. A duplex arrangement provides about 200m2 enclosed space 240m2 total including balconies and does not interfere with any other apartments on either side or above / below.

Mix and match
A combination of a duplex arrangement and a smaller / larger space upstairs or downstairs is also possible.

In practice the 120m2 standard apartment occupies about 129m2 of Raffles deck space plus your remote storage which is another about 6m2

Standard 120m2 Apartments are located on all 4.5 decks at the sides, all facing outboard across a full width balcony with the 1.5m wide passage inboard. Balcony access is via two 3m wide full height french sliding doors but variations are possible.

Penthouses are located on 4 decks on the corners and range in size up to 410m2.
